To calm a restless mind and sleep Clear Quartz are placed in a glass jar in an all natural elixir. The jar is buried beneath a running stream during the waning moon and remain buried until the new moon. Customers have reported feeling calm wash over them the second they hold the stone in their hand. One client told me that she was able to meditate for the first time in her life after receiving the stone. She also reported sleeping through the night consistently. She eventually purchased a second "Deep Sleep" stone and keeps one at work to hold when she is overwhelmed, and one next to her bed to hold before bed.
The stones are reported to remain charged for up to 6 months. Do not clean the stones with vinegar etc. This will clear some of the Earth Magic too!
Simply hold the stone at night while watching television, reading etc. While all who have tried the stone have reported that they feel the effects immediately, the amount of time needed to deepen your sleep may vary. So expect to find what is right for you. One client said that she keeps the stone in it's velvet bag and put's it under her pillow. Another, said he just keeps it in his pocket when he gets home from work and will take it out and play with it from time to time. There is no right or wrong, only what works for you.

I do not recommend letting others touch or handle your stone(s). If your stones are handled by others it is not the end of the world, but stones are sensitive to energy (that's why they work so well).
Do not clean your stones with anything other than water for a year. Cleaning with salt or vinegar may fade the Earth Magic! Once you are sure that your stone is no longer charged, you can move forward with cleaning as you like. Allowing your stone to sit in the sun varies depending on the charge. Most stones are fine with minimal to moderate sun exposure.
